Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and growing Strata team? Marsh is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join us as a Managing Principal based in Melbourne, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our Victoria strata team, drive success with key client accounts and join our ambitious national leadership team.

As our Managing Principal, you will be the trusted advisor and leader for our key Strata clients. You’ll champion their insurance needs while inspiring and guiding our Victorian team to deliver exceptional service and achieve growth and retention goals.


We will count on you to:

• Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with key Strata accounts by delivering expert advice tailored to their insurance programs.
• Anticipate and meet client needs through proactive, hands-on account management and outstanding service delivery.
• Oversee service excellence across new business quoting, renewals, and claims management.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify and pursue exciting new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the Victoria team, serving as the go-to expert for broking and claims issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
   

What you need to have: 

• Extensive relevant insurance broking experience.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate.
• Strong technical expertise in Strata insurance is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels.
• A keen eye for spotting and developing new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams.
