As the operational engine of our pod, you will:
- Keep the Engine Running: Prepare, quality-check, and track new account paperwork, transfers, and service requests (address updates, RMD setups, distributions).
- Solve Puzzles: Promptly track down and fix "not-in-good-order" (NIGO) paperwork before it causes delays.
- Delight Clients: Be the warm, responsive first contact for routine client questions and keep them updated every step of the way.
- Master Scheduling & Prep: Coordinate review meetings, build meeting packets, and handle post-meeting follow-ups.
- Keep Systems Clean: Keep our CRM (HubSpot) tidy, accurate, and aligned with compliance standards.
- Detail-Obsessed: You double-check your work, hate loose ends, and catch typos before anyone else does.
- A Tech-Savvy Multi-Tasker: You navigate CRMs (like HubSpot) effortlessly and know how to prioritize a busy task list.
- A Stellar Communicator: You’re warm, professional, and clear—whether on the phone, in an email, or in person.
