Job Description

As a Security Officer Front Desk Professional in Miamisburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a chemical and petrochemical location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment by responding to security-related concerns and supporting site procedures. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing personnel to appropriate contacts or locations.
• Manage visitor access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining entry records, and communicating site access requirements.
• Monitor front-desk communications, access-control activity, and incoming deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site personnel and emergency responders.
• Support security-related procedures for a chemical and petrochemical location, including maintaining accurate logs and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
