You will contribute to fab manufacturing performance by designing advanced web solutions, analytics, reporting frameworks, and automation solutions for production planning, scheduling, and line management. Influencing across departments, you will effectively collaborate with multi-functional groups to manage projects and develop innovative solutions that resolve complex operational challenges, improve cycle time and delivery performance, and deploy innovative methods that raise factory efficiency and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Build and improve scheduling automation, manufacturing decision-support reporting, and line management analytics to elevate output, cycle time, and cost performance
- Design, build, and manage applications, dashboards, web-based tools, and reporting solutions that support production operations and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects centered on scheduling, AMHS performance, cycle time reduction, production planning, and operational efficiency
- Analyze manufacturing data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions that reduce variability and eliminate waste
- Work together with Operations, Engineering, and international teams to assist in resolving issues, testing software releases, sharing proven methods, and advancing strategic projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field required
- 2-5 years in an engineering-related role performing web development and project management required
- Proficiency in SQL and TypeScript required with and at least one additional programming language such as Snowflake, Python, Perl, VBA, or JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience organizing and leading data-focused projects that drive fab optimization with quantifiable business results
- Experience developing responsive web applications using Angular and cloud-native platforms such as OpenShift coupled with manufacturing science knowledge including scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations, production scheduling, line management, or Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS)
- Experience developing advanced web-based reporting, analytics platforms, and process automation solutions
- Leading cross-functional projects and communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Working with AI agents to boost productivity, automation, and operational efficiency
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and manufacturing process optimization initiatives
