X-Ray Technologist – Neurosurgery Clinic (No Nights, No Weekends!)
Are you an experienced X-ray Technologist seeking a stable, clinic-based role with exceptional work-life balance? Join our neurosurgery clinic, where you’ll support specialized patient care in a calm outpatient setting- without hospital rotations, weekends, or holidays.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (half-day!)
- No weekends. No holidays.
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to support our neurosurgery providers by performing high-quality diagnostic imaging in an outpatient clinic setting. You’ll work directly with physicians and clinical staff to ensure patients receive timely, accurate imaging in a calm, well-organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures for neurosurgical patients
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure image quality and proper documentation
- Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
- Provide compassionate, professional patient care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radiologic technology and best practices.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate imaging results
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology required.
- ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist (or eligible)
- BCLS
- Ability to work independently in a surgical clinic setting
- Strong patient-care and communication skills
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
