Description
- Define Product Specifications: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and key customers to define product specifications for new technologies, translating market requirements into an executable roadmap for the R&D team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication, issue tracking, and resolution. - Perform cross-platform operations (Camera, Mobile App, and PC) to achieve full product proficiency. - Consolidate product and competitor benchmarking data to generate analytical reports and drive performance enhancement initiatives. - Proficient in Intelligent Video Analytics (IVA) features and their respective parameter configurations. - Responsible for understanding the customer's technical roadmap, product design architecture and applications. - Travel Frequency: Approximately 4 times per year. (Destinations: US, India or China.) - BS in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - At least 3 years of experience, with 6+ years being highly preferred. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a talent for cross-functional collaboration. - Good communication in both Chinese and English. - Possess professional experience in the camera-related industry. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
