Job Description
To perform the daily P&L monitoring and exception reporting for the Global Markets (GM) business.
Production of daily Profit and Loss (P&L) reports to monitor trading portfolio performance.
Perform analysis and attribution of portfolio P&L due to market movements.
P&L reconciliation against General Ledger.
Trade surveillance, including OMR monitoring, FX Global Code Monitoring, and Wash Trade Monitoring
Be a key contact point for GM P&L and valuation issues, interacting with Global Markets front office, Finance, Market Risk Managers and Group Head Office counterparts.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in Product Control, Market Risk, Finance, Valuation Control, or Risk Management within Global Markets.
Practical understanding of traded products such as FX, rates, and derivatives is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a control and risk mindset. Solid knowledge of P&L analysis, reconciliation, and valuation principles.
Experience working with trading systems, risk systems, or P&L reporting tools.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with automation or reporting tools is an advantage.
