Job Description
- Day-to-day supervisory oversight of Client Advisor Assistants (CAAs).
- Resourcing of CAAs and need for back-up (in consultation with Team Leaders).
- Provide trainings, mentorship and guidance to CAAs.
- Develop and coordinate contingencies to ensure service expectations are always maintained during disruption situations, e.g. CAAs on emergency leave, medical leave etc. and provide backup support and assistance to front office if required.
- Investigate and provide resolution on queries and ensure proper closure on issues raised.
- Provide guidance and support to front office for ensuring compliance with the Operational risk framework, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, e.g. systems application UAT, process improvements and focus groups.
- Escalate service issues to relevant stakeholders. Proactively engaging FO, HK & SG KYC teams & SG OPS teams to resolve outstanding issues.
- Approval of G&E & business trip, ensure activities are in line with policy, properly approved with proper audit trail.
- Design and implement controls to ensure CAAs comply with sales processes and procedures.
- To ensure the Team conduct name screenings accurately & efficiently and seek for SCA’s confirmation for name search hits for onboarding new clients, ongoing and adhoc review.
- Maintain Ongoing Review (OGR) tracker to ensure OGR is completed and approved by the deadline or with proper extension approval in place.
- Maintain ICDD tracker to ensure all outstanding documentation is properly completed by the deadline or with proper extension approval in place.
- Maintain monthly tracker for PRPQ, PI/PBC & VC, monitor and work with SCAs to complete relevant outstanding items on/before the due dates, escalate & work with MH to manage potential late submissions. Overseas trips, G&E.
- Track and maintain overseas business trips as well as G&E registry to ensure proper approvals are obtained and within the relevant budgets.
Job Responsibilities
- Degree holder in Finance / Business Administration or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as an assistant RM (ARM) or Platform Manager in the Wealth Management segment.
- Knowledge in booking and settling trades of various asset classes and products e.g. Fixed Income, Equities, FX-linked products, Mutual Funds, Structured Notes, and handling account opening documentations, payments and securities transfer.
- Excellent organizational and client servicing skills.
- Ability to multi-tasking and work under time pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all key stakeholders.
- Holder of ECF on Private Wealth Management (PWM) accredited by Private Wealth Management Association (PWMA) is preferred
