What you will do
You will lead business-critical projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected quality standards.
Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful project execution.
Create and manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, and governance structures.
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and roadblocks.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to project sponsors and key stakeholders.
Ensure smooth implementation of project outcomes and successful handover to the business.
Maintain clear project documentation in line with Nutreco standards.
Promote collaboration, engagement, and accountability across project teams.
Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement in project management.
What you bring
University degree in Engineering
Proven experience managing projects in areas such as Operations, Engineering, Business Development, IT, Finance, HR, or similar.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar).
Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
