Job Summary:

Manages HR operations for multiple locations. Functions as a strategic business partner. Serves as the primary point-of-contact for on-site leaders and employees. Collaborates with HR business partners and other HR areas to provide expertise and guidance.

Education & Experience

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field. Five (5) years of human resources experience.

Certifications, Licenses, or Registration Required: N/A

Preferred Qualifications:

PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Experience leading human resources functions and/or large-scale projects. Human Resources experience in business partner, employee relations, and recruiting areas.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruiters on recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent for clinical and non-clinical positions.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.

  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, provide guidance on performance improvement plans, and support managers in employee development initiatives.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement.

  • Policy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to create and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.

  • Data Management and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess trends, inform decision-making, and prepare reports for management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, HR, and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Workforce Development: Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess workforce needs, designing programs that address skill gaps, and ensuring the successful implementation and evaluation of these initiatives.
