As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Mid-Level Systems/Business Analyst to join our TechOps team.
Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of business and development, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements that developers can build from. You will design systems that solve business problems, document new products and processes, and support end-users as new systems are rolled out.
Duties
• Creation of documents related to business and development requirements, including:
◦ Business Requirement Documents
◦ Functional Requirement Documents
◦ Technical Requirement Documents
◦ Change Request Forms
• Translates business requirements into functional and technical language that can be used by developers to create systems and products.
• Designs systems that solve business problems.
• Documents any new products/systems required by the business.
• Ideates and problem-solves for any issues or suggestions raised by the business.
• Trains end-users on developed products.
