We're looking for a well-organised Customer Success Specialist to manage a portfolio of customer accounts for Ascendix products. In this role, you'll focus on proactive customer engagement, renewals and retention, driving product adoption, and onboarding new customers.

Here's what we're looking for.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce experience (Middle Administrator, BA or Consultant level);
  • Advanced spoken and written English - daily direct communication with US customers;
  • Proactive, customer-facing mindset - leads conversations, asks discovery questions, drives customers to a decision, not an order-taker;
  • Customer Success, account management, or onboarding experience with SaaS customers;
  • Able to run product onboardings independently after ramp-up.

Would be a plus:

  • Commercial real estate or real estate domain familiarity;
  • Experience with CRM products;
  • Renewal, retention, and upsell experience;
  • Comfortable working in Dynamics CRM and MS ecosystem.
    

Responsibilities:

  • Start on product onboardings for new customers during ramp-up;
  • After ramp-up, own proactive engagement on a book of about 150 to 180 accounts: retention, renewals, adoption, and upsell;
  • Capture churn drivers and customer feedback and pass them to Product and Sales;
  • Act as escalation point for the Concierge team on customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain account health, renewal status, and engagement records in Dynamics.
