Work mode: HybridNumber of days a week worked in the office: 2Contract duration: 4 monthsLocation: Nottingham---------------------------------------JOB DETAILSRole Title: Technology LeadMust Have Skills:• Strong experience in business analysis within data migration, systems replacement.• Good understanding of data modelling, data quality assessment, and data governance principles.• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Nice to have skills:• Exposure to Market- Wide Half Hourly (MHHS) would be very useful• Gather information about existing data structures, data sources, business processes, and system dependencies.Minimum years of experience: 8+Years• Gather information about existing data structures, data sources, business processes, and system dependencies• Analyze the legacy application’s data model, data volumes, data quality, and usage patterns• Capture and define business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the data migration• Identify data mapping requirements, transformation rules, validation needs, and migration constraints• Work with business users to establish acceptance criteria for migrated data• Identify gaps between the current data model and the target application’s data structure• Support the development of the future-state data model and migration strategy• Define high level migration scope, including in-scope/out-of-scope data entities• Assess risks, issues, and impacts related to data migration activities• Document system and process dependencies that may influence migration planning• Support the identification of data cleansing, archiving, and quality-improvement needs• Produce clear documentation such as discovery findings, requirements specifications, data dictionaries, process maps, and gap analyses• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a structured and accessible manner• Act as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
