Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated ALM Operations Supervisor to join our Business Unit activity.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Supervise the production teams to ensure targets for quality/service/costs are achieved
Maintain and enhance housekeeping at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members
Develop a strong team culture through communications and team leadership
Initiate and drive production and quality improvement projects in line with the principles of Lean Manufacturing
Maintain positive employee relations
Formulate and implement training plans to meet compliance, versatility and development needs
Develops work schedules for department by assessing priorities, workload and available resources
Manage department KPI’s and drive improvement of same
Maintain inventory and system accuracy
Support and maintain Quality and Environmental systems
Participate in the recruitment process and manage training requirements in conjunction with H.R
Develop/Facilitate cost improvement initiatives
Complete Employee appraisals & implement company personnel policies
Ensure that your work is accurate, to the highest quality standard.
Undergo training/certification when required to do so.
Ensure employees are treated correctly in compliance with company procedures.
Promote Lean/Sigma manufacturing
Move within ALM operations
Other relevant duties.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience in a similar or related role in the IT/Electronic Sector
High-level leadership and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to motivate, influence, and train people.
Able to liaise and interact with all professionals of Plant Management or Customers
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace
Professional level of English required
Willingness to travel occasionally
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or related field.
