Job Responsibilities  

• Monitor COE job status and inform the audit team and client about upcoming engagement steps in a timely manner. 

• Coordinate with the client to ensure the timely receipt of audit schedules and test procedures support. 

• Update COE Supervisor of job status, engagement issues, or staff issues in a timely and consistent manner. 

• Assist in COE department training programs and meetings. 

• Participate in activities to develop and improve firm and department business processes. 

• Identify additional COE services that will benefit the client and engagement team. 

• Assist the COE Senior Manager and Supervisor with review of staff work, delegation of tasks, and assisting with performance evaluations. 

• Exhibit strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and relationships. 

• Research and analyze relevant client, industry, and technical matters. 

• Prepare clear and accurate workpapers. 

• Understand and comply with the Firm’s quality control policy. 

Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent client service or administrative services experience. 

• Minimum 2 years Audit / Client Experience Coordinating experience.
