Your responsibilities
Processing member updates, including banking, address, name, and language changes
Tracking and managing cases through Tasknet, including generating reports to monitor case progress
Handling tax-related updates, including initial and additional tax deductions, ensuring updates are processed in alignment with payroll cycles (end of month and beginning of month)
Reviewing and processing TD1 forms, NR301 forms including coordinating form mailings
Preparing and coordinating T4A and RL-V2 mailings
Assigning mailings to C’Ops and drafting related correspondence, including tax request forms
Sending reach-out letters to members for missing or incomplete information
Responding to plan inquiries via email and assigning callbacks where required
Managing and responding personal mail inboxes regarding ongoing cases and member assistance
Supporting the team in carrying out various mandates and special projects
Increasing our clients' satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests as well as those of the participants and trustees
Suggesting improvements to our various processes
Qualifications required
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science or another relevant field of study
Sharp analytical thinking and attention to details
Dedicated team player who demonstrates initiative and independence
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French would be an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
