Descripción del Puesto:

Estamos buscando a un habilidoso y motivado System Development Coordinator para unirse a nuestro equipo de TLAC Digital Transformation .

Responsabilidades Clave:

Main Responsibilities:

Engineering Delivery & Coordination

  • Coordinate Development, QA and Architecture teams, ensuring alignment of priorities, technical activities and delivery commitments across multiple initiatives.

  • Monitor project execution, proactively managing risks, dependencies, resource allocation and technical impediments.

  • Coordinate engineering capacity planning to optimize delivery according to business priorities and strategic objectives.

  • Ensure engineering deliverables meet agreed quality, security, performance and timeline expectations.

Solution Architecture & Engineering Governance

  • Coordinate the definition and evolution of solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards, cloud strategy and technology roadmaps.

  • Define, promote and govern engineering standards covering architecture, software development, integration, testing, security, documentation and operational readiness.

  • Coordinate architecture reviews and technical assessments to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, maintainable, observable and secure.

  • Promote reusable architectures, common engineering patterns, shared platforms and standardized implementation practices.

  • Evaluate technical proposals from internal and external teams, ensuring alignment with corporate engineering principles and architectural guidelines.

Software Quality & SDLC Excellence

  • Coordinate quality assurance activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

  • Promote Shift-Left Quality practices through functional, integration, automated, performance and regression testing strategies.

  • Ensure Agile methodologies and engineering best practices are consistently applied across delivery teams.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering productivity, quality and delivery efficiency.

DevSecOps, Platform Engineering & Observability

  • Promote adoption of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and engineering automation.

  • Coordinate implementation of standardized delivery pipelines, quality gates and deployment strategies.

  • Promote observability by design, ensuring monitoring, logging, tracing and operational metrics are incorporated into solution architecture.

  • Foster platform engineering principles that simplify software delivery through reusable services, automation and self-service capabilities.

Artificial Intelligence & Engineering Productivity

  • Lead adoption of Artificial Intelligence capabilities across Development, QA and Architecture activities.

  • Promote AI-assisted software development, testing, documentation, architecture analysis and engineering automation.

  • Identify opportunities to increase engineering productivity through modern development platforms, AI capabilities and automation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with Business, Product Owners and Technology teams to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.

  • Coordinate technical dependencies among internal teams, regional stakeholders and external technology partners.

  • Ensure engineering initiatives comply with corporate governance, security, compliance and operational standards.

  • Provide visibility to leadership through effective communication of progress, risks, architectural decisions and delivery status.

People Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Foster technical growth through coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing and continuous feedback.

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, ownership and engineering excellence.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, platforms and engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of Development, QA and Architecture initiatives.

  • Establish and maintain engineering governance, technical standards and architectural consistency.

  • Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, resilient and high-quality technology solutions.

  • Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices, DevSecOps and Platform Engineering.

  • Promote AI adoption to improve engineering productivity and software quality.

  • Coordinate technical planning, resource allocation, risks and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Strengthen collaboration among Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Infrastructure and Operations.

  • Develop technical capabilities and engineering maturity across the organization.

  • Contribute to the organization's technology modernization and digital transformation strategy.

Profile

  • Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams including Development, QA and Solution Architecture.

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms and modern engineering practices.

  • Experience leading technical governance, engineering standards and software delivery processes.

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and observability practices.

  • Experience working with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.

  • Ability to balance engineering autonomy with governance, security and quality controls.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology organizations.

  • Experience working in regional or global environments with distributed teams and external vendors.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with strong focus on engineering excellence, automation and Artificial Intelligence adoption.
