岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）
基于英飞凌 AURIX TC297/TC397 平台进行嵌入式软件开发。
基于 RTOS 开发和维护网络通信模块（TCP/IP、UDP、Ethernet）。
设计和开发应用层私有通信协议，实现设备间数据交互。
负责 Ethernet、CAN 等通信功能开发与调试。
负责通信链路问题定位与分析（抓包、日志分析、现场问题复现）。
参与驱动、BSP 及中间件开发与集成。
开发和维护自动化测试及诊断工具（Python/Shell等）。
与系统、硬件及测试团队协同完成接口设计和系统集成。
任职要求（Required Qualifications）
计算机、通信、自动化、电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
熟悉英飞凌 TC297、TC397 或其他 Cortex-R/M、TriCore MCU 开发。
熟练掌握 C/C++ 编程。
熟悉 RTOS 开发，具备任务调度、同步机制、内存管理等相关经验。
熟悉 Ethernet 通信开发，掌握 TCP/IP、UDP 等网络协议。
熟悉 MCU 外设开发，包括 SPI、UART、CAN、Ethernet 等。
具备良好的软件调试能力，能够使用 Lauterbach、Trace32、示波器、协议分析仪等工具定位问题。
熟悉嵌入式软件架构设计和模块化开发。
加分项（Nice to Have）
具备 FreeRTOS、AUTOSAR OS、SafeRTOS 等 RTOS 使用经验。
具备 RTOS 移植（Porting）经验，包括：
CPU 架构适配
中断管理
Tick 时钟实现
上下文切换机制开发
启动代码（Startup）开发
熟悉 商用 TCP/IP 协议栈或 AUTOSAR Ethernet Stack。
有私有协议设计和实现经验。
熟悉 SOME/IP、DoIP、UDS、CANFD 等车载通信协议。
具备多核 MCU（如 TC397）开发经验。
有汽车电子、工程机械、机器人等领域项目经验者优先
