Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
- Plan and execute daily production schedules, including device loading, manpower planning, and machine allocation.
- Monitor production performance and implement timely actions to address operational issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Coach and develop production personnel while promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 9+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Experience in Power Semiconductor Manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, including device loading, manpower planning, and machine allocation.
- Systematic problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
