Drive access to innovative oncology diagnostics
We are seeking a Client and Market Development Manager to expand patient access and adoption of innovative oncology diagnostic solutions for the southern part of the Netherlands. In this field-based role, you will work closely with hospitals and key stakeholders to develop the market, shape access pathways, and build long-term partnerships
.
You will collaborate with the Netherlands business lead and cross-functional teams including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Sales.
What you will do
- Develop and execute market development strategies to expand access to oncology diagnostics.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with clinicians, hospital management, procurement, and finance.
- Support hospital contracting and reimbursement activities with internal partners.
- Deliver scientific and value-based presentations and lead stakeholder meetings.
- Represent the organisation at relevant congresses and meetings.
What we’re looking for
- Medical or life sciences degree.
- 5+ years’ experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or market development roles and oncologie.
- Strong knowledge of the Dutch healthcare and reimbursement environment.
- Proven stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
- Valid drivers license
