Combining the charm of a traditional Cotswolds pub with a commitment to exceptional seasonal cooking, they are now looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to support the leadership of their kitchen team.
Working with high-quality ingredients sourced from one of the UK's most respected organic farms, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to develop their career within a business that values sustainability, creativity and genuine farm-to-fork dining.

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
- Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading, motivating and developing junior members of the brigade
- Taking responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
- Assisting with menu development, showcasing the very best seasonal produce
- Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
