About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead Monumint's sales organization through its next phase of growth.

This is a player-coach role. You'll own our largest enterprise opportunities while building the sales team, defining our GTM strategy, and creating the systems and playbooks that will scale revenue. You'll work directly with banks, credit unions, lenders, and fintechs, partnering with executive teams to transform how financial institutions engage customers with AI.

You'll work side-by-side with the founders, help shape company strategy, influence product direction through customer feedback, and build the foundation of a world-class enterprise sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Own company revenue, leading the enterprise sales organization and driving the GTM strategy.
  • Lead and close Monumint's largest and most strategic enterprise opportunities.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of AEs as the company scales.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts while establishing repeatable sales processes.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company's overall growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling into financial services / fintech.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets as both an individual contributor and sales leader.
  • Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing AEs.
  • Large ACV track record.
  • Strong experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience building sales processes and scaling a GTM organization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation

Salary range for this role is $275,000 - $325,000 OTE (50/50 split) per year.
