Perks of becoming a Rhino:

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 3 years of experience as an HR Application Support Analyst or similar role
Experience providing Level 1 support for SaaS tools, managing communications via Teams, Outlook, and phone
Ability to follow procedures and ensure KPIs are measured and reported
Experience with data extraction and presentation, in collaboration with Business Analyst teams
Ability to work in coordination with cross-functional project teams
Administrative mindset with strong communication skills
Proficiency in French (mandatory)
Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) and data quality (Plus)
Knowledge of Business Objects or SQL querying (Plus)
Availability for hybrid model, 2 times a week, based in Porto or Lisbon (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
