As an Experienced Associate in Financial Statement Audit, you will focus on providing independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility and reliability of information for stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will engage in evaluating compliance with regulations, assessing governance, and risk management processes. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagement and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by developing your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kuala Lumpur, you will actively support various services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. Responsibilities
- Engaging in financial and managerial accounting tasks to support client projects
- Contributing to the evaluation of internal controls and compliance with regulations
- Participating in external audit processes to enhance the credibility of financial statements
- Applying auditing methodologies to identify and address potential risks
- Analyzing financial data to discern patterns and inform decision-making
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and meet project objectives

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Chartered Accountant or equivalent (such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia)
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
