JOB SUMMARY
The Legal Operations Coordinator provides operational, technology, records-management, reporting, and project-coordination support for the Legal, Compliance, and Risk departments. The role improves departmental workflows, maintains shared resources and systems, coordinates recurring processes, and supports legal spend and risk-financing activities.JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, legal studies, project management, compliance, risk management, information management, or a related field- required
- Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework or certification in project management, legal operations, healthcare compliance, process improvement, records management, or healthcare administration- preferred
Experience
- Three (3) years of experience supporting legal, compliance, risk management, healthcare administration, project coordination, executive operations, or related operational functions- required
- Experience in a healthcare system, hospital, medical group, in-house legal department, compliance program, risk management function, or other regulated environment- preferred
- Experience with records management, reporting, SharePoint, document management systems, workflow tools, legal technology, insurance-renewal support, or executive-level project coordination- preferred
