Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead and enhance the retail CASA suite (core savings, high-yield lifestyle accounts, junior, and Islamic deposits) and build modern value propositions across FX travel and multi-currency safe wallets.
- Analytics-Driven Acquisition: Leverage customer lifetime value (LTV), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and response analytics to optimize acquisition across branches, digital channels, and ecosystem partners.
- Customer Primacy & Early Vintage Management: Analyze Month 1 to Month 6 vintage cohorts; partner with CRM and Data teams to deploy automated, trigger-based onboarding journeys that drive salary crediting, recurring billings, and initial funding.
- Debit Cards & Modern Payment Rails: Define and scale the lifestyle debit card portfolio and integrated digital payment solutions (e.g., Apple Pay, UnionPay, cross-border remittance, and alternative digital wallets).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide and mentor product executives and assistant managers while collaborating seamlessly with Digital Banking, Marketing, Segment, Compliance, and Operations to ensure end-to-end alignment with BNM guidelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 6–10+ years of proven product management experience in Retail Banking, Consumer Deposits, Debit Cards, or Consumer Payments.
- Analytical Capability: High analytical fluency; comfortable interpreting SQL/BI dashboards, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation to drive commercial growth.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of retail deposit economics, card schemes, payment rails (Apple Pay, FPX, card networks), and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations.
- Methodology & Leadership: Experience utilizing Design Thinking to build customer journeys and a demonstrated track record of mentoring junior product managers.
