Responsibilities

• Provide professional and high-quality service to customers, addressing their banking inquiries and transactions efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and proactively introduce relevant banking products, services, and digital solutions.
• Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate with internal branch teams and support units to ensure seamless operational workflow.
• Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance guidelines, and internal bank policies to mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and embrace digital banking tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational integrity.
