What You’ll Do

• Clean resident rooms and common areas, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal and window cleaning
• Maintain floors and carpets across the facility by sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, extracting and shampooing as needed
• Follow all safety, PPE and hazardous-waste handling protocols, and keep resident information confidential
• Work independently with minimal supervision while following established cleaning procedures
• Keep common areas tidy and report repair or maintenance needs to the Manager
• Cross-train across all Environmental Services functions, including resident apartments, healthcare areas and floor care

What You’ll Need

• 6 months of housekeeping or cleaning experience
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 35 pounds and perform basic physical tasks
• Availability to pick up shifts as needed, including some weekends and holidays
• A courteous, considerate approach with residents, team members and visitors
