About the role

This is a high-impact commercial role at the heart of PubMatic’s growth strategy in Benelux.

Based in Amsterdam, the Senior Manager, Advertiser Solutions will lead relationship-building and revenue growth across the region, with a clear focus on brand-direct advertisers and independent agencies. You’ll play a visible role in expanding our market presence, unlocking new opportunities, and helping clients get more from programmatic advertising.

What you’ll do

• Win new business across Benelux, focused on brand-direct advertisers and independent agencies
• Build strong relationships with mid-to-senior stakeholders across marketing, media, and programmatic teams
• Act as a trusted advisor, using PubMatic’s solutions to deliver strong client outcomes and long-term value
• Partner with senior decision-makers to increase PubMatic’s presence and influence across the region
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Technical Sales, Publisher Sales, Account Management, Global Ad Solutions, and Product Management
• Represent PubMatic at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities across the market
• Use insight, data, and market knowledge to shape strategy and uncover growth opportunities

 

What you’ll bring

• Experience in digital advertising sales, business development, or account management, ideally gained within a DSP, buying platform, or programmatic media business
• A proven track record of winning new business and growing revenue. An existing network of direct advertisers would be a benefit, but not essential.
• Strong understanding of programmatic trading, digital media, and the wider ad-tech ecosystem
• Knowledge of buying behaviour, pricing models, optimisation levers, and market trends
• The ability to build new relationships and grow existing ones
• A data-driven mindset and strong commercial instinct
• Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including senior decision-makers
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach

Hybrid Working: Employees operate on a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working remotely.
