Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Position Summary

Lignetics is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Temporary Forklift Operator to support increased shipping volumes at our Youngsville, PA manufacturing facility. This position will focus primarily on loading outbound trucks, staging finished products, organizing inventory, and ensuring shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently.

We are looking for someone with forklift experience who can work independently, maintain a safe work environment, and help our shipping team keep up with increased demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and move finished products.
• Stage, stack, and organize pallets of bagged wood pellets for outbound shipments.
• Verify outgoing shipments against packing slips, weight tickets, and shipping documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and prepared for shipment.
• Move and wrap finished products as needed.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and warehouse area.
• Assist with other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operation experience strongly preferred, ideally in a manufacturing, shipping, or warehouse environment.
• Ability to successfully complete company forklift training and evaluation.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers and handling palletized products preferred.
• Ability to read shipping documents, count inventory, and perform basic math.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow safety instructions.

Pre-employment Requirements: Background check and 10-panel drug screening (excluding THC) required.
