As a Trading Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful training experiences, supporting financial professionals and home office staff in mastering our WealthPort trading system, and driving continuous improvement through feedback and innovation.

Become a trading technology expert on Cambridge’s WealthPort Trading Support team. You’ll help financial professionals solve complex trading challenges, leverage technology more effectively, and grow their businesses through personalized support and training, while helping shape the continued evolution of the WealthPort platform.

• Support financial professionals and internal associates with questions related to WealthPort trading technology and workflows.
• Deliver virtual consultations and training sessions.
• Assist advisors in navigating portfolio rebalancing, trading tools, account management functionality, and platform best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex trading and access-related issues.
• Develop and maintain training resources, videos, job aids, and procedural documentation.
• Collaborate with technology teams and software vendors to improve platform functionality.
• Identify advisor pain points and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and communication of new features and enhancements.
• Contribute to a culture focused on exceptional service, continuous learning, and innovation.

Licensing

FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7.

Location: Phoenix, AZ, or Fairfield, IA – Hybrid in-office 3 days/week
