We are excited to announce an opening for a Teacher Apprentice Mentor to support the growth and development of aspiring educators in our teacher apprenticeship program. This role is ideal for experienced educators who are passionate about coaching, collaboration, and shaping the future of the teaching profession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a mentor and instructional coach to teacher apprentices.
- Provide regular feedback through classroom observations and reflective conversations.
- Support apprentices in lesson planning, instructional delivery, and student engagement strategies.
- Model best practices in teaching, classroom management, and culturally responsive pedagogy.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure alignment with apprenticeship goals and standards.
- Maintain documentation of apprentice progress and provide input on performance evaluations.
