Member Solutions Specialist

Reporting to the Member Solutions Manager, the Member Solutions Specialist helps our members work through financial challenges with clarity, respect, and practical solutions. This position will manage delinquent accounts, develop payment arrangements, and guide members through available options while helping protect the Credit Union's loan portfolio.

Position Responsibilities:

Member Solutions & Delinquency Resolution:

Work directly with members by phone, email, and in person to understand financial challenges, establish payment arrangements, explore available solutions, and take appropriate steps to resolve delinquent accounts

Account Management & Collections:

Manage delinquent accounts through ongoing follow-up, account research, skip tracing, payment processing, and recommending further action when necessary.

Documentation, Compliance & Member Service:

Maintain accurate account records, complete required notices and documentation, respond to member inquiries, and ensure collection activities follow applicable requirements and Credit Union procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of collections, financial services, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with the tact to navigate sensitive financial conversations
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of collection practices, regulations, and skip tracing preferred

Position Details:

• Non-Exempt position
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM -12:30 PM

• Scheduled to work 40 hours per week, Overtime may be required based on business needs and in accordance with company policy.

Pay Range:

$24.03-$27.76 / per hour
