Chief Operation Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
•  Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.
•  Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc
•  Manage relationships with partners/vendors
• Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring need
• Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
• Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience in logistics, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.

• Experience operating within Saudi regulatory frameworks.

• Proven success scaling multi-city delivery operations in KSA or GCC.

• Strong understanding of last-mile logistics workforce management.

• Arabic & English fluency preferred.

• MBA or relevant advanced degree is an advantage.
