We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Associate Partner to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and developing client relationships, delivering expert insurance advice, and arranging appropriate insurance solutions to meet client needs. The successful candidate will work closely with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional service while supporting business growth objectives.
How you'll make an impact
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored risk management and insurance solutions.
- Negotiate terms, coverage, and premiums with insurers to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Prepare insurance quotations, presentations, reports, and renewal documentation.
- Manage the renewal process, ensuring policies are renewed accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services.
- Support clients with policy amendments, claims queries, and general insurance servicing requirements.
- Monitor market developments and insurer appetite to provide informed advice to clients.
- Ensure all activity is conducted in line with regulatory requirements, company policies, and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems and contribute to management reporting where required.
- Collaborate with internal teams including claims, placement, operations, and compliance to deliver a seamless client experience.
About you
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market practices.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and insurance systems.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) desirable.
- Working towards, or willingness to pursue, professional insurance qualifications beneficial.
