Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data & Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain the automation, reporting, and integration solutions that power our business operations. A detail-oriented engineer who's comfortable owning end-to-end data workflows — from source system integration through to polished, decision-ready reporting — and who can independently troubleshoot issues across a diverse toolchain. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and workflow automation — ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems across multiple platforms and technologies.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain KNIME Server workflows and automations
- Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot n8n workflows and server infrastructure
- Design and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Develop and maintain SAP HANA Calculation Views
- Write and optimize SQL for SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Manage HubSpot CRM data, including data cleanup and integrations
- Support data integration and ETL processes across business systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain automation, reporting, and database solutions
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Data Science
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (KNIME, n8n, or similar)
- Proficiency in SQL development and optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Hands-on experience building Power BI reports and dashboards
- Familiarity with SAP HANA, including Calculation Views
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across data and reporting systems
- Ability to manage multiple integration points across business applications
Preferred Skills, Experience & Education
- Experience with HubSpot CRM administration and data management
- Background in ETL design and data pipeline maintenance
- Understanding of server administration for automation tools
- Experience supporting cross-functional business systems (finance, sales, operations)
