Job Description:
• Prepare stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Map stakeholders and institutional networks.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and consultations.
• Design communication and outreach materials.
• Develop capacity building plans and training modules.
• Conduct Training of Trainers programmes.
• Support change management initiatives.
• Strengthen partnerships with government, academia and civil society.
• Capture stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare consultation reports.
• Develop knowledge products.
• Support public awareness campaigns.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings.
• Monitor effectiveness of capacity building.
• Document lessons learned.
Required skills and abilities:
Master's in Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Communications, Management, Urban Planning or related.
Preferred: Adult learning/facilitation certifications.
8–12 years in stakeholder engagement, institutional development, training and government advisory.
