Job Description & Summary

About the role:

The VMCS Team supports consulting engagements by transforming 

business content into clear, visually compelling, and brand-compliant 

deliverables. We work closely with consultants and client teams to enhance 

presentations, proposals, documents, and other visual assets while ensuring 

consistency with brand guidelines and high design standards.

This role requires a combination of strong visual design skills, attention to detail, business

communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced

consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Presentation Design
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations and proposals for 
consulting engagements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
• Improve slide layouts, visual hierarchy, readability, and storytelling.
• Ensure formatting, alignment, consistency, 
and overall presentation quality.
• Translate complex business information into clear, professional visuals.

Document & Brochure Design
• Design brochures, reports, and other marketing or consulting materials 
using Adobe InDesign or Microsoft Word when required.
• Maintain high visual standards while ensuring documents remain easy 
to read and aligned with the client’s brand.

Creative Design
• Create banners, covers, social media assets, website graphics, 
and other visual communication materials.
• Video & Motion Graphics
• Edit videos and create simple motion graphics or animated text.
• Produce professional multimedia content that aligns with project objectives 
and brand standards.

Client Collaboration
• Communicate professionally with consultants and stakeholders.
• Gather, understand, and implement client feedback accurately.
• Provide project status updates and maintain clear communication 
throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly: Adobe InDesign, Adobe 
Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects 
(preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Word for document design.

Design Skills
• Strong understanding of consulting-style presentation design and visual 
storytelling.
• development Strong typography, layout, color, and composition skills.
• Ability to organize complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
• Understanding of branding principles and corporate design standards.

Soft Skills
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively 
on shared projects.
• Excellent ownership and accountability for assigned work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to receive, interpret, and implement feedback professionally.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
