Onboarding and Implementation Specialist

The Role

You will be a member of our Onboarding & Implementation team, working as a specialist in a challenging environment with clients that are mercilessly quality conscious. This is a client-facing role focused on guiding clients through the process of setting up and integrating our products and services, ensuring a smooth transition and maximising the successful adoption of the offering, which will involve hands-on configuration, training and support during the initial onboarding and implementation phase.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the process of setting up and integrating Trayport’s products and services.

• Ensure a smooth transition for clients as they adopt Trayport’s offerings.

• Maximise the successful adoption of Trayport’s products and services by clients.

• Work with clients to gather requirements and understand their business needs.

• Develop and deliver customised onboarding and implementation plans for clients.

• Manage the implementation process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication.

• Collaborate with other teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation experience for clients.

• Provide early life support to clients after implementation to ensure they are successful in using Trayport's products and services.

• Transition newly onboarded clients to Application Support and Technical Consultant teams.

• Identify and address any issues or challenges that clients may encounter during onboarding and implementation.

• Continuously improve onboarding and implementation processes to enhance client satisfaction and ensure best practices are followed.
