Contractor Fee: $2,800 - $3,200/month (USD)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Commitment: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)

About This Role:
We are hiring an eCommerce Specialist for a fast-growing equipment brand selling through Shopify and Amazon. You will manage product pages, listings, bundles, website updates, product data, and catalog accuracy across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update Shopify product pages, collections, landing pages, bundles, and website content across US and EU storefronts.
Support product launches, promotions, campaigns, and merchandising updates.
Review product details, pricing, images, links, inventory information, and page functionality before publishing.
Create and maintain Amazon listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variations, and A+ Content.
Identify and resolve missing, incorrect, suppressed, or broken Amazon listings.
Open and follow up on Amazon support cases until issues are resolved.
Maintain accurate and consistent product information across Shopify, Amazon, Catsy, and other internal systems.
Set up A/B tests based on team instructions, complete quality checks, launch tests, and organize results.
Use spreadsheets, Shopify reports, Google Analytics, and basic eCommerce data for catalog work and reporting.
Coordinate with eCommerce, operations, creative, agency, and other team members to complete projects accurately and on time.

Qualifications:
At least 2–4 years of hands-on eCommerce experience.
Strong experience using Shopify Admin for product pages, collections, website content, and merchandising updates.
Experience creating and maintaining Amazon listings and catalog information.
Hands-on experience with Catsy or another PIM/DAM platform.
Familiarity with product bundles, variations, pricing, images, and A+ Content.
Highly detail-oriented and able to identify product, pricing, image, data, and website errors.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a fast-moving team.
Good written English communication skills.
Motivated to learn, take ownership, and contribute to the growth of the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Amazon Vendor Central.
Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI tools.
Experience using Figma and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Intelligems, Google Analytics, or similar eCommerce tools.
Experience supporting multiple or international Shopify storefronts.
Previous experience working with a DTC, retail, equipment, or consumer brand.
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with partial overlap with US business hours. The exact schedule and required overlap hours will be agreed upon by the client and independent contractor.
