As a multi-discipline firm, Isett provides a full range of engineering and consulting services, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, environmental, geotechnical, and municipal engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, code enforcement, plan review, construction management, construction materials testing, and grant writing services to clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
We have an opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator Assistant to join our Facilities team in the Lehigh Valley office. In this role, you will support the management of the company vehicle fleet by coordinating vehicle assignments, maintenance schedules, and documentation. Responsibilities also include assisting with vendor communications, safety compliance initiatives, and general office support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of operational tasks efficiently. Due to the hands-on nature of the role, including frequent interaction with associates and access to fleet vehicles, this position is fully on-site and scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for employees assigned company vehicles
- Maintain vehicle records, mileage logs, and service schedules
- Process insurance cards, EZ Passes, decals, and car wash accounts
- Schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs, recalls, and loaner vehicles
- Handle accident claims, violations, and emergency situations
- Support vehicle cleanliness and safety compliance across office locations
- Communicate with vendors for detailing, towing, and other services
- Assist with vehicle trade-ins and monitor inventory of safety items and spare keys
- Assist with snow/ice removal during inclement weather
- Participate in safety training sessions
Requirements
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong computer literacy, including advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Intermediate proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities
• Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
• Capable of performing moderate physical tasks and operating a vehicle
