Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures, benefit and incentive programs; providing financial, market, and legal analysis and insights and commentary on regulatory developments; drafting elements of the technical design and internal management reports.
- Support the delivery of the compensation lifecycle initiatives and annual compensation planning process; providing relevant market pay, analyses and insights, drafting employee communications and management briefings and preparing line-management decision-making tools.
- Contribute to the drafting of HR-Total Rewards frameworks and tools for compensation and benefits and retention of talent, within an area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements.
- Carry out complex HR-Total Rewards data processing tasks and analyses; advising colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes and identifying key trends and contribute to the creation of insights that enable the diagnosis of compensation and benefits issues.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Preferably, with compensation certification.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in Total Rewards in a regional or multinational environment
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
- Experience in defining strategies and managing compensation and benefits for Greater Asia countries is essential.
