We are currently seeking a Director, Partnership Revenue Strategy & Enablement to join our Commercial Sales & Revenue Operations team in a remote position.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for onboarding and generating new platform revenue partnerships specifically focused on new product and cross platform initiatives for both direct and indirect sales.
  • Own day-to-day coordination on top Partnerships Sales accounts, tracking revenue-focused follow-up items with external partners and providing regular updates to leadership on action items, next steps, and outstanding to-dos.
  • Manage technical workstreams for platform sales by defining requirements, documenting scope, establishing timelines, overseeing deliverables, providing stakeholder updates, and ensuring outcomes are measured against defined KPIs, with responsibility for owning action plans to address risks, resolve blockers, and improve performance when initiatives fall short of expectations.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities across ad serving, targeting, and monetization capabilities, and identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and reporting within the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Develop and improve reporting frameworks and cross-functional workflows with responsibility for ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into programmatic performance and optimization opportunities, supporting data-informed decision-making across key deliverables and initiatives.
  • Support partnership contract workflows across Ad Sales, Product, and Distribution through contract pipeline management, with responsibility for tracking active partner agreements, renewals, addendums, and required terms updates, consolidating stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable documentation, and driving follow-through to accelerate approvals and enable faster revenue activation.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

  • Strong project management skills, including requirements tracking, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up on deliverables and action items.
  • 10+ years of experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Ad Operations, Finance, Product, and external partners.
  • Thorough understanding of programmatic performance metrics; FreeWheel experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage technical requests, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Strong Excel, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing contract workflows, renewals, and addendums.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and follow-through.

The base compensation for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 commensurate with experience.
