Application Owner Ops Engineer

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an Application Owner/Ops Engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic development team, working in an agile environment to ensure the effective management and operation of business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on the components in production managed by the team.
• Track production issues reported by the business.
• Collaborate with the team to identify root causes and potential solutions for production problems.
• Assist in testing newly developed software to ensure stability.
• Test and validate fixes for production issues.
• Provide support during releases.
• Contribute to the development of business applications in close collaboration with team members.
• Develop or modify code, create necessary queries, and perform analyses, along with documentation, following Agile methodology.
• Manage reported incidents, including identification, analysis, correction, and testing, while maintaining communication with clients.
• Act as an expert in ongoing projects, ensuring application continuity and quality delivery of components.
• Advise IT colleagues and users on new project developments within the domains and applications the team is responsible for.

Required Skills:

• Experience with SOAP/Postman is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluent in Dutch or French.
• Active knowledge of the second national language.
• Understanding of English.
