What You Will Do

The Engine Design & Systems Integration (ED&SI) organization is a dynamic team focused on developing, certifying, and integrating world-class propulsion systems. We are seeking a V2500 Propulsion System Analysis (PSA) Program Lead to own engine performance, operability, system modeling, and field support deliverables.

  • Technical Ownership: Lead PSA technical areas, including engine performance, operability, system-level modeling (SOAPP, NPSS), and control system understanding.

  • PSA Work Products: Independently execute, review, and validate PSA analyses and models, leveraging Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) when appropriate.

  • Fleet & System Integration: Coordinate test cell performance trend monitoring, correlation, EagleNet case management, and communications with CTS. Engage airlines, lessors, and field representatives while safeguarding Pratt & Whitney IP.

  • Lead technical discussions: Lead discussions related to fleet surges, mission analysis, EC impacts, and engineering studies. Influence stakeholders across disciplines.

  • Communication: Main point of contact for program communications and status. Provide a status update in the EDSIT and SPIT forums.

  • Operational Leadership & Management

  • Team Coordination: Contributes to the development of goals of the discipline and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.).

  • Mentorship & Coaching: Guide early-career engineers and foster a collaborative, learning-focused team environment.

  • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

  • 8 years of engineering experience or an Advanced degree with 5 years of engineering experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in Propulsion System Analysis (PSA).

  • Technical leadership experience.

  • Agile methodology experience.

  • Communication and organizational skills.
