Assistant Store Manager

Location: Ashford Men's Outlet

The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, and 100 Concessions/Shop-in-Shops across 21 European countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural, and proud to represent the spirit of our global brand.

Who You Are:

A fashion-forward, results-driven retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You bring energy, commercial insight, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute business plans and drive results through collaboration

• Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams

• Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on performance

• Deliver standout service experiences and build strong client relationships

• Maximise omni-channel opportunities using tools and tech

You’ll Need to Have:

• Experience as an ASM in a high-volume retail setting Strong track record of hitting sales/KPI targets

• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset

• Passion for fashion and understanding of the premium/luxury landscape

• Fluency in English

• Additional language is a plus
