Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Wrocław. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of engineering operations and administrative processes, while also fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills. This position requires the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Management: Oversee the purchasing process for engineering and office supplies, including vendor coordination and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Logistics and Operations: Manage shipping, receiving, and customs clearance processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Employee Onboarding and Support: Coordinate onboarding processes and provide administrative support to ease managers' workload and enhance employee experience.
- Team Communication and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain internal communication channels, including the intranet, to ensure employees have access to essential information and updates.
- Event and Initiative Coordination: Organize team-building events, guest visits, and other initiatives to foster engagement and collaboration across the organization.
- Administrative and Strategic Support: Assist in office administration and contribute to key projects, including partnerships with external stakeholders such as universities.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations role, ideally in an engineering or technical environment.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Polish.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
