The role - Electrical Executive

What you’ll be responsible for: 

• Maintenance & Reliability: End-to-end responsibility for executing and overseeing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of LT/HT panels, switchgears, transformers, and APFC panels to ensure maximum machine uptime. 

• Process Automation: Troubleshooting and maintaining PLCs, SCADA systems, VFDs, and HMIs integrated into mixing, homogenizing, freezing, and packaging lines. 

• Cold Chain Infrastructure: Partnering with the refrigeration team to ensure stable power supply and maintaining control wiring for ammonia compressors, blast freezers, and cold storage units. 

• Safety & Compliance: Championing electrical safety protocols (such as LOTO and arc flash safety); ensuring all installations comply with statutory electrical regulations and internal safety standards. Strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements including partnering with local regulatory authorities and Electricity Board. 

• Energy Management & Projects: Monitoring factory energy consumption, driving energy conservation projects, and supporting automation initiatives to unlock process efficiencies. 

• Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and mentoring shift electricians, technicians, and contract staff to drive a high-performance culture on the shop floor. 

We're looking for: 

• The preferred candidate would have 3-5 years of Electrical Maintenance experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or continuous process manufacturing. 

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a valid Supervisory Electrical License. 

• Strong technical fundamentals in industrial wiring, control panels, AC/DC drives, and automation systems. 

• Experience with automated material handling equipment and battery charging infrastructure is highly desirable. 

• Strong analytical and fault-finding skills when working under pressure to resolve breakdowns. 

• Ability to directly partner with production teams, read complex single-line diagrams (SLDs), and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, TPM). 

• Excellent communication skills, including written English, and the ability to make complex technical issues simple for cross-functional partners. Ability to create business proposals and lead discussions on engineering matters.
