The Senior Solutions Consultant – Technology is a client-facing, revenue-contributing member of the pre-sales organization, responsible for driving complex sales cycles within the supply chain execution software market. This individual serves as the primary technical and solution authority for opportunities involving architecture, integration, and technology, partnering closely with Account Executives to move deals from qualification through close.
This is a commissioned role with direct accountability to regional revenue targets. The role operates across North America and engages stakeholders at the VP and C-suite level across both IT and operations functions.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Lead discovery and requirements analysis for prospects, developing a deep understanding of supply chain operations, technology environment, and business objectives
- Design and deliver tailored solution presentations, demonstrations, and point of view on Infios platform capabilities and how they lead to measurable customer outcomes
- Serve as the subject matter expert on cloud deployment models, integration architecture, and enterprise connectivity, including:
- SaaS and multi-tenant platform design
- API and iPass integration capabilities
- Infios AI Posture, Vision, and offerings.
- Infrastructure considerations including security and scalability
- Advise on technical responses for RFPs and RFI’s
- Develop competitive positioning and contribute to win strategy by translating platform strengths into differentiated solution narratives
- Partner with product management and professional services to surface field insights and close capability gaps
What you bring to the team
- 7+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within software; supply chain execution strongly preferred
- Functional knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and adjacent domains including Order Management (OMS), Transportation Management (TMS), or Labor Management
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud and SaaS architecture, enterprise integration design, and connectivity patterns
- Proven ability to engage VP and C-suite stakeholders across IT and operations, translating technical complexity into business value
- Track record of contributing to revenue attainment in a commissioned presales capacity
- Substation experience with the supply chain execution competitive landscape, technology industry trends, and ERP software is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science/Technology or a related field preferred

Salary range from 140-160K
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
