Echo NDE is looking for a skilled Phased Array Technician to join our team based out of Red Deer, AB.

 

If you have strong code-based inspection experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced field environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of high-quality inspection work across critical assets.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) on pressure vessels, piping, and related equipment
  • Execute inspections in accordance with ASME codes and standards
  • Interpret and evaluate inspection data with accuracy and integrity
  • Maintain detailed inspection reports and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with field crews and project teams

Requirements

  • Valid CGSB or PCN PAUT certification (required)
  • CGSB UT Level 2 certification
  • CGSB MT and/or PT level 2 certification is considered a strong asset
  • Proven experience with ASME code work (vessels and piping)
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant advanced UT experience
  • Rope Access (IRATA) certification is an asset
